Kristie Wolf, LMT / Owner and Medical Massage Practitioner
Kristie became a licensed massage therapist because she wanted to help people heal. During her journey to becoming an LMT, she realized healing was not just physical but emotional and spiritual as well. She learned that having a safe environment for her clients is paramount and she does everything possible to make you feel secure and comfortable.
Kristie graduated from the International School of Skin, Nail care and Massage Therapy and has been an LMT since 2013. She has worked with several different chiropractors where she has continued to hone her skills and learn techniques that complement massage, like cupping and instrument assisted massage.
Kristie prides herself on treating her clients as the individuals they are, creating a massage therapy program that is specific to their needs. She believes that massage is not a luxury but an integral part of a wellness program.
Kristie is a certified medical massage practitioner as well as being certified in deep tissue massage/neuromuscular therapy, pregnancy massage, sports massage, chair massage, reflexology and cupping. She is also able to perform TMJD relief and sinusitis relief.
As the owner, Kristie is committed to making sure there is never an up-charge for anything at Legacy Massage and Wellness. You will receive a massage that addresses your specific needs combining different modalities of massage, aromatherapy and a caring spirit.
