We ask for 24 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules. We have held this appointment time for you and we do have a waiting list. 24 hours gives us the opportunity to help another client. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee. A no show will incur the full price of the massage. If using a gift certificate- less than 24 hours notice will void the certificate. If you have bought a package, less than 24 hours notice will void a visit. Please remember, we have held this appointment time for you and ask you to respect our therapist's time. If you do not show, a therapist does not get paid. If a therapist isnt paid, they cannot eat. We do not want our therapists going hungry.
